Agreement
By downloading or using Time To Leave! ("the app") you agree to these Terms. The app is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). Where the two differ, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute, rent out or reverse-engineer the app.
Travel Times Are Estimates
Departure and arrival times are calculated from traffic data supplied by Apple Maps and are predictions, not guarantees. Conditions change: accidents, weather, roadworks, closures and simple bad luck can all make a journey longer than any forecast.
Do not rely on the app alone for journeys where being late carries a real cost — flights, trains, medical appointments, examinations. Leave yourself a margin. We accept no liability for missed appointments, missed transport, or any other loss arising from a journey taking longer than the app suggested.
Use While Driving
Do not operate the app while driving. Set your trip before you set off, and obey the traffic laws of wherever you are.
Free Trial
The app is free to use for seven days, counted from the first time it is opened on your device. The trial needs no payment details and nothing to cancel; it simply ends. Reinstalling the app does not begin a new trial.
Purchases and Subscriptions
After the trial, the app is kept either with a one-time purchase or with an auto-renewing yearly subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
- A one-time purchase does not renew and remains available for restore on Apple Accounts that bought it.
Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple rather than from us, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.
Availability
The app depends on services provided by Apple, including Apple Maps. It may be interrupted or degraded if those services are unavailable, or if your device has no network connection. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the consumer law of your country of residence.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the app changes. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date shown at the top.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
